1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your test booking through the following channels:

Time-Based Cancellation Terms
- More than 2 hours before appointment: Full refund (100%)
- Less than 2 hours before appointment: Partial refund (50%)
- After sample collection: No refund eligible
- No-show without cancellation: No refund eligible
1.2 Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your appointment:
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before appointment
- One-time free rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur a nominal fee
- Rescheduling subject to slot availability
1.3 Cancellation by Laraib Path
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the following situations:
- Technical issues or equipment malfunction
- Unavailability of necessary staff or resources
- Incomplete or incorrect booking information
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders)
- Safety or security concerns
100% Refund Guaranteed
If we cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days, regardless of timing.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds are processed for the following scenarios:
- Customer cancellation within eligible timeframe
- Service cancellation by Laraib Path
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service not delivered as promised
- Technical errors in billing
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
No Refund Available
Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:
- Sample already collected or test already performed
- Reports already generated and delivered
- Late cancellation (less than 2 hours) where 50% fee applies
- No-show without prior cancellation
- Services used with promotional discounts (subject to offer terms)
- Change of mind after test completion

2.4 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallet: 3-5 business days
- Cash Payment: Bank transfer to provided account (7-10 days)
Important Note
The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider's processing schedule. We have no control over these external processing times.
3. Home Sample Collection Specific Terms
3.1 Cancellation Before Collection
- Cancel anytime before the collection executive reaches your location for full refund
- If executive is en route or at location, cancellation fee of ₹100 applies
- Multiple last-minute cancellations may result in service restrictions
3.2 Sample Collection Issues
If sample collection cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailability: No refund, rescheduling fee applies
- Medical contraindications: Full refund after doctor verification
- Technical issues (equipment failure): Full refund or free rescheduling
- Insufficient sample collected: Free repeat collection
4. Package & Subscription Cancellations
4.1 Health Packages
- Partial tests completed: Refund for unused tests based on individual test pricing
- No tests completed: Full refund minus processing fee (if applicable)
- Package-specific promotional discounts may be adjusted in partial refunds
4.2 Subscription Plans
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, no refund for current month
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refund for unused months (minus 10% processing fee)
- Special offers: Subject to specific terms mentioned at purchase
5. Report-Related Issues
5.1 Delayed Reports
Guaranteed Turnaround Time
If your report is delayed beyond the promised delivery time due to our error:
- Up to 24 hours delay: 10% discount on next booking
- More than 24 hours delay: 25% refund on current test
- More than 48 hours delay: 50% refund on current test
5.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Reports
- Free repeat test if error is on our part
- Full refund if customer chooses not to repeat
- Compensation for any documented consequences (case-by-case basis)
6. How to Request a Refund
