3. Booking & Payment Terms

3.1 Online Booking

When you book a test or service through our website:

• You must provide accurate personal and contact information
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS
• Test prices displayed include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Home collection charges may apply based on location and package value

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI and Digital Wallets
• Net Banking
• Cash on Collection (for home sample collection)

3.3 Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking confirmation will be the final price charged. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms and conditions specific to each offer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking subject to the following conditions:

• Before Sample Collection: Full refund if cancelled at least 2 hours before scheduled collection time
• Within 2 Hours: 50% refund if cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled time
• After Collection: No refund once sample has been collected
• Walk-in Tests: No cancellation or refund once sample is collected

4.2 Cancellation by Laraib Path

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the following circumstances:

• Service unavailability due to technical or operational reasons
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Force majeure events

In such cases, full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Reports & Privacy

5.1 Report Delivery

Diagnostic reports will be delivered as per the following timelines:

• Routine Tests: Within 24-48 hours
• Special Tests: 3-7 days depending on test complexity
• Urgent/Stat Tests: Same day (subject to additional charges)

Reports will be made available through:

• Online patient portal (download PDF)
• Email notification with secure link
• Physical copy on request

5.2 Data Privacy & Security

We ensure:

• Secure storage of all health records and personal data
• Access to reports only through authenticated login
• No sharing of personal information with third parties without consent
